K30D:

• CMOS-sensor format to APS-H. Crop 1.3
• 14 megapixel, like the current K20D. Ie no increase in megapixel at the expense of other possibilities, in particular:
• Better autofocus and auto sensitivity control, AF-assist lamp
• 3.5 frames per second at 14MP and 6.5 frames per second in 6 megapixel

K300D:

• CMOS-sensor from Samsung.
